      1.Better capability, stronger extendibility

    BECS 322(328) series embroidery control systems adopt latest main boards, which greatly improve the processing speed, display speed and system stability. BECS 322 is designed for economical machine types without trimming function, while BECS 328 is designed for normal machines with trimming and single sequin functions.

    BECS 322 and BECS 328 adopt E620 and E600 main boards, respectively. The boards are compatible to all interfaces that X2 and X8 control systems have, besides, they have pre-reserved one RS485 communicating port, one wireless interface, etc. Moreover, BECS 328 also extend simple chenille and simple taping functions. Powerful and stable functions provide possibility for further capability improvement and collective management.

    Also, BECS 322(328) series control systems integrate USB interface circuit, which enables more stability for data transfer and disk loading. Main boards do not support normal floppy disk driver (FDD) due to its high failure rate, however, customers can still use USB disk for data transfer.

    BECS 322 and 328 adopt Dahao’s new software-naming rule, which reduces software amount and makes debugging, maintenance and updating much easier.

      2．Fully support upper thread holding and intellectual thread break detect functions

    As one of the trends of the modern embroidery machine industry, the upper thread holding technology effectively prevents threads from twisting together, ensures same trimming length and avoids thread loose when embroidery starts. Upper thread holding function shortens the threading time on one hand, while improves the working efficiency of the whole industry on the other. BECS 322(328) series control systems fully support upper thread holding function helps the domestic embroidery machines realize effective and scientific production mode.

    Wheel type thread break detect model II is a newly developed technology which differs from the traditional one. The independent CPU processing module improves the detecting sensitivity while reduces stopping stitch count. Moreover, the integration of upper thread holding, machine head motor, machine head solenoid functions makes board model II more powerful. Therefore, the wheel type thread break detect model II is endearingly called “Intellectual thread-break-detect”. Both BECS 322 and 328 series support the board model II, which improves the domestic embroidering efficiency to a new level.

       3．Simple and human-based operations

    BECS 322(328) control box C7V uses brand new 5.7 inch TFT LCD to replace the 7 inch STN LCD from the old 252(258) series. The display speed is accelerated under the supports of the new main board and display control board. More human-based interfaces enable easier view of embroidering process.

    BECS 322(328) series upgrade traditional control panels to more vivid and human-based ones. Designer separates the controlling keys group from functional keys group. The application of human engineering ergonomics in designing helps to create more simple and convenient operations.
