-----China Light Industry Advanced Collective and Individual In September 2007, Dahao R&D center and vice general manager Sun Xueli were respectively honored “China Light Industry Labor Model” by China Personnel Ministry, China National Light Industry Council and All China Federation of Handicraft Industrial Cooperatives. It is the first time the three organizations award such prizes together since government organization change in 2001. Here let’s congratulate to all the staff of the R&D center and Mr. Sun Xueli. The R&D center is the core department of Dahao Company. It’s a Beijing Municipal level technology center specialized in embroidery machine computer control system. Our staff of the R&D center has been working hard to develop our new embroidery control system technology, so as to improve the China sewing machine’s competence in world market. Every year over 5 new technologies and 40~60 new products are developed. The center’s leading team together with all the staff not only innovatively explores in self construction, R&D process, management innovation and incentive policy, but also attaches great importance to team construction and talent cultivation. They are a cohesive hard-working team. They have an open mind and are bold in innovation. The success rate without second try reaches over 90%. They contribute greatly to the development of Dahao company and also to the rapid development of computerized embroidery machine industry in China. Vice general manager Sun Xueli grew from a R&D staff to a senior manager in the past over 20 years and made remarkable achievements in different positions. Mr. Sun Xueli always insists on innovation and contribution. He has contributed much to the company development and the rising of the sewing equipment industry. |
