    The new sequin embroidery computerized control system is a new product (now named as D series) developed from Dahao BECS control system technique platform. While keeping all the functions of BECS series products, D series realizes the perfect combination of multi-sequin real-time switch, multi-sequin recognition and easy setting. It can display the colorful sequin designs while meeting the customers’ requirements for higher embroidery efficiency. At the same time we also make a complete solution based on the normal punching software for sequin design punching, which helps to make the best advantage of the new multi-sequin control system.

 

Advantages of BECS series D type sequin embroidery:

    1. It uses the special multi-sequin designs made according to the Dahao-defined multi-sequin punching standards. So it doesn’t need to additionally set sequin delivery mode and order. For sequin designs made by traditional punching method, through simple settings, it can also realize all the functions of multi-sequin.

    2. The user can edit the multi-sequin designs through the screen. For example, the user can change the sequin A into the sequin A over B through screen editing.

    3. The user can set the sequin size, angle and color by the panel. The user can change the sequin delivery angle by use of the operation panel while power on. (No need to adjust the DIP switch on the circuit board EF165)

    4. It display the sequin size and color while embroidery. It can display the sequin mode one over another, so it’s easy for the user to observe.

The following points should be paid attention to in your selecting the type and placing order of the multi-sequin peripheral devices:

    Before ordering, pay attention to the difference among the sequin devices. Now there are several sequin devices in the market and different devices may need different control systems. So in placing order, please indicate the brand name of the sequin device and when filling in the order form please indicate the sequin combination type, e.g. single needle double sequin or left double right double four sequins, etc.

    The sequin delivery stepping motor of the sequin delivery device and the electromagnetic control valve of the pneumatic device are the important parts of the sequin embroidery machine. They have close relation to the design of the control circuits. So please read the limitation values of electric parameters of the stepping motor and electromagnetic valve:

Later upgrading

    Dahao Company is doing the optimization work on the cards and control systems. First it will be compatible to old sequin control systems. Card IF002 will be developed to replace EF165, and PC002 for EF168. So one system can use two multi sequin control systems and the system version/card type will be simplified. Second, this function will be transferred to other high level machine, so as to provide more choices and space to customers. The cards and functions mentioned here will be done in the short time.
