  Introduction of Product

    At present, Dahao mainly produces two kinds of drivers —— 1.0 KW Motor Driver and 1.5KW Motor Driver. After the actual use and continuous improvements within recent two years, these products are becoming ripen and able to meet the usage requirements from clients, which are finally updated to the new 2nd generation main shaft servo drivers with power at 1.0Kw and 1.5Kw. As a professional computerized embroidery control system manufacturer, Dahao, after overcoming continuous technical barriers, has developed 2KW Main Shaft Servo Motor Driver SD-S200-D00 for machines with more than 30 heads and the 400W Main Shaft Servo Motor Driver SD-P040-D40 for the machine like, 7B model (1 or 2 heads, SD-P040-D40 is put inside the control box) in a short period, so as to provide more improved product line to customers and enhance the comprehensive functions of the embroidery machines further. By then, Dahao main shaft servo driver series includes the drivers at 400W, 1.0KW, 1.5KW and 2.0KW, which provides more choice to users.

Stable

    According to the frequent variable motions during the main-shaft running and the different torque requirements in a circle rotation, Dahao servo can adjust itself promptly and automatically to output the proper torque, thus to ensure the stable running of the main-shaft. For an example, during the process of trimming, Dahao servo can ensure the stable trimming which improve the quality of trimming in some degree.

    Compared with other servo products, Dahao main-shaft servo driver features the average price and excellent performances; while compared with the products in different types like variable-frequency or slip, servo products features higher use efficiency as high as over 90%, which is unreachable for the variable-frequency or slip one. High Temperature Tolerance

Strong Loading Capacity

    The rated output torque of this driver is 11Nm, while the momentary max output torque reaches 27Nm, which greatly enhances the loading capacity, thus enables to load 55 heads at most, moreover it has 20% additional torque output. It is recommended to load 30~50 heads, thus the machine can still work stably even when the input voltage changes within a tolerated range. The max speed permission of the servo motor is 2000RPM. Under the circumstance that the value of transmission ratio is 1:2, the permitted max speed for embroidery is 1000RPM, which still meets the demands of regular machines of most customers.

Holding the advantages of former two generations like fast response, stable speed and sound tracking to the acceleration/deceleration curve, this third generation product is equipped with the new functions on man-machine interaction via panel, main shaft encoder output and the communication to main board. With these new functions and advantages, Dahao communication main shaft servo driver has the capability to replace the imported products of the same kind.

Features of Product

1、Equip Operation Panel

    The LED displayer is located on the driver, whose operation and display style is same to the imported product. This panel will provide convenience to user for adjusting the parameters of driver and releasing the problem.

2、Setting of Order Rotation or Reversion at Flat/Looping Embroidery

    The Dahao AC servo driver with main-shaft encoder output and communication functions shall attach the BECS-328 and BECS-316 system, whose communication code is in the format of “multi-code and time-share”. The data is transferred via the serial communication bus so that the driver could realize automatic identification to the main-shaft system.

3、Main Shaft Encoder

    In the independently developed DAHAO main shaft encoder, we use the servo motor encoder and the main shaft zero position encoder to realize the function of main shaft incremental encoder. When the main shaft moves to 100°at debugging, the LED will be activated and the shaft will be locked. With this function, user will not have to check the operation panel to make sure the main shaft arrives at right position.

4、Accurate Stop Position, Stable Thread-Trimming Effect ,Low Noise and Adjustable Embroidery Gain

    The optimized control algorithm used on communication main shaft servo driver, combining the real time tracking to the dynamic load of motor, will change the speed of main shaft more smoothly, so that the machine will have more accurate stop action, more stable trimming effect, smaller embroidery vibration and better embroidery effect.

3、Intelligent Main Control System —— Automatically Recognize the Communication Main Shaft Servo And Ordinary Main Shaft Servo

    TUsing the serial communication function, the main controller can automatically communicate to the external main-shaft driver system. With the identification function according to the address code of driver, the control method of the main-shaft is more intelligent. If Dahao communication main shaft system is used on machine, the main control system of embroidery will unlock the relating control parameter setting interface. If the driver without communicating function is installed on the machine, the relating parameter debugging interface will be locked by system and the main shaft control algorithm will turn to normal mode.
